Pick-up Areas

Pick-up is available from hotels or apartments located in: Maspalomas, Puerto Rico, Anfi del Mar, Playa del Inglés, Arguineguín, San Agustín, Meloneras, Sonnenland, Salobre, Bahía Feliz, Playa del Águila.

For pick-up from other areas (e.g. Las Palmas, Puerto de Mogán, Agaete), please contact us for rates.

Rates per Person

We accept payment by credit/debit card (secure payment).

Booking & Cancellation Policy

💳 Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of €60.00 is required at the time of booking. You will receive a secure payment link to complete this step.

The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of the excursion, in cash or by card.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure (excluding the €60.00 deposit, which remains non-refundable).

The deposit is processed via a unique secure payment link, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of your banking information. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or by card at the end of the excursion.
